New Baby News...

Our doctor's appointment went well Friday morning. We were able to see Baby Talley and were able to hear "HIS" heartbeat. That's right...we are having a BOY!!!! James and I are so excited and now are more than ever anxious for September. We were able to share the news with family this weekend and to see the excitement come over their faces brought us so much joy. I hope to have our ultrasound pictures up soon. Keep a watch out! As soon as we have him named, I will be sure to let everyone know.

Please Be In Prayer

James' dad, Mr. Joe was diagnosed with prostate cancer this week. We will find out more details through a bone scan that will be done tomorrow. Please be in prayer that the cancer has not spread into the bone and that it is operable. I will keep you updated!!

Dr. Update

We just wanted to let all of you know that the baby's heartbeat sounded GREAT Friday. It was beating at a rate of 142...I think that means we may be welcoming another Talley male to the family! All of my blood work came back normal with the exception of my iron which was a little low. They are placing me on an iron tablet to help with that. Thank you all for your continued prayers. We will try to update and keep you posted as the baby progresses.

More about the BABY....

We are scheduled to see the doctor Friday for a check-up and for blood work. If all goes according to plan and if the little one cooperates, we will be able to find out if Baby Talley is a boy or girl in April! We are very excited and are anxious to begin preparing the baby's room. I will post again on Friday the results from the

doctor's visit.

As of last Wednesday, the baby was approximately 4 oz. already and dancing around like crazy in my belly. Please continue to pray for us since I am still not driving because of the seizure in February.

Here is Baby Talley!!!

Here are 2 pictures of our precious little one. The first that you see is at 7 weeks gestation and the second is at 9 weeks. We should get another picture in about 6 weeks or so. According to the Dr. the baby is about the size of an apple now.

It is amazing how much they change in just a couple of weeks.

Baby Update- Week 12

We went to the doctor today and were able to hear the heartbeat for the first time. It sounded strong!! The plan is to revisit in 4 weeks to have bloodwork done and then 3 weeks from then we will find out it we are going to be

"Pretty in Pink" or "Bold in Blue."

Thank you all so much for your prayers, calls, emails and visits since the seizure last Friday. I am continuing to feel more and more like myself each and every day.

Update on the Baby!!!!

Just wanted to give you all an update on the baby. We are doing well. 2 weeks ago, the baby measured at .66 cm and yesterday it measured 1.9 cm!!! It is growing at a rapid pace!!! The heartbeat looked strong. We will get to hear the heartbeat on February 22nd. I hope to get pictures of our little one up soon. The picture you see above is an animated picture of where our baby is at 9 weeks.

The Best Christmas Present EVER!!!!

What a wonderful Christmas present we received! We will be welcoming a new baby to the family in September. We found out on December 28th. The baby is expected to be here September 5.
