We saw Dr. Ashurst yesterday and he said that Evan's heartbeat was wonderful. We were able to do the ultrasound and it says that Evan measured 8lbs 9oz. I was dilated 1 cm (thanks for the prayers to get that rolling!!), which was progress from last week! YEA!!!
The plan is to go back on Monday, unless Evan decides to come before then, to be re-checked. If I am still at 1 cm, then we will be admitted on Tuesday night to get the dilation process started and then the induction on Wednesday morning- if I have dilated more than the 1 cm, then we will just wait to be admitted early Wednesday morning.
It looks like Wednesday August 27th will be Evan's birthday!!!

It will be here before you know it! Enjoy the time you have now because it will never be the same. That doesn't mean that it is bad, it's just different. I know you will be a great mom! Thanks for sharing your photos. You really look great! Keep us posted on your progress.
